LAT: EASY POST Hillary Clinton worried about looking 'too feminine' in Vogue? Hard to imagine

"The notion that a contemporary woman must look mannish in order to be
taken seriously as a seeker of power is frankly dismaying." [said
Vogue editor in spring 2008]

Atlantic: Valuating Clinton's Base

There's a hardcore attitude held by some Clinton backers, and
retaining the ability to communicate with them would be valuable...I'm
going out on a limb to predict Clinton defeats a plucky Jim Webb and a
resurrected Howard Dean ... for the Democratic nomination in 2016.

Media Malpractice viewings

On his website there are viewings Through-out the country listed:
Here’s an attached Flyer Tess made up to promote the John Ziegler Viewing in NYC this coming
Friday April 17th.
There’s also a link to a new NY-area website it’s posted on.
He & his promoter are really looking forward to getting PUMA Feedback on the primary coverage.

Media Malpractice announcement on Meetup message board:

The shocking new John Zeigler film, “Media Malpractice - How Obama got Elected”, is scheduled for a showing in New York.

John Ziegler has documented from start to finish how in the tank the media was with Barack Obama in his film Media Malpractice: How Obama got Elected and Palin was Targeted.

Mr. Ziegler, who describes himself as a libertarian and was once a talk-show hosts, used his own money to finance the project that details the rise of Barack Obama from a no-name first term U.S. Senator to President of the United States…with the complete help and what appears to be coordinated effort of the Main Stream Media.

John Zeigler will attend this showing in person and answer questions following the show.

What people are saying:

“I showed your DVD to my students in “rhetoric.” They were left: “speechless.” The underbelly of the media had never been exposed to them. Keep up the great work. The MSM is no match for you.” ~Jack

“What you have done with this documentary is to show exactly how the media can demonize a person or group and how easily they can sweep proper journalism under the carpet…” ~Johann
“I just viewed your film. You nailed it! You covered PERFECTLY: The Wright issue, Bill Clinton’s so-called “Fairytale” comment, Hillary’s response to the Muslim question & how she was set up and more. The General Election coverage was spot-on too. You managed to showcase what we witnessed without injecting yourself into it. Well done!!” ~TPT/NY (PUMA)
“The bias was overwhelming, and you made a very accurate and solid case. I already knew what was going on, but I’m glad to see someone take the immense time and effort to put it all together. I’ve seen reports of single instances of bias, but have never seen anything that showed the consistent bias over more than a two year period.” ~Drew W.

politico: [ WH spins bow ]

"It wasn't a bow. He grasped his hand with two hands, and he's taller
than King Abdullah," said an Obama aide

Interestingly, a columnist in the Saudi-backed Arabic paper Asharq
Alawsat also took the gesture as a bow and appreciated the move.

"Obama wished to demonstrate his respect and appreciation of the
personality of King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, who has made one of the
most important calls in the modern era, namely the call for
inter-faith and inter-cultural dialogue to defuse the hatred, conflict
and wars," wrote the columnist, Muhammah Diyab.

Taipan: EASY POST The AIG Connection – Far Worse Than You Think

[E]very last damn thing, has been favorable to one of Wall Street's most entrenched interest groups: the bondholders.

The bondholders, the bondholders. It's always been about them [....] to make sure that the connected financial interests in his Rolodex don't lose their stakes, even in cases where they oh-so-richly deserve to.

This, by the way, is why the Obama administration ruled out the nationalization option for the banks from day one.

The cleanest option, and one we called for loudly in these pages – taking over the banks, throwing out current management, selling off the assets and starting over – was no-go because too many connected players would have taken a hit if their big bond positions went to zero.

UK DailyMail: EASY POST - White House apologises after calls to Hillary Clinton were redirected to a sex line

But an aide in Washington is believed to have mis-dialled a  number and connected to the sex line.

A White House spokesman said: 'This will not happen again.'

The picture caption says Hillary "was forced to issue an apology"  but the actual story says the White House apolotized and admitted the mistake came from one of their aide.

Ammunition re the sex phone number: WH sent it out

The White House had arranged the conference call with Clinton and retired Gen. James Jones, Obama's national security adviser, to discuss Friday's summit, and sent reporters the number.

LAT: EASY POST Michelle Obama gaffe: She touches the queen

It all started when the 82-year-old Queen Elizabeth, apparently smitten with the 45-year-old first lady, said she hoped they could stay in touch. And then the queen, who has met 12 U.S. presidents and any number of celebrities, broke royal etiquette herself by touching the first lady on the back. So, being an American, Mrs. Obama reciprocated the back-pat.
